How are the shipping costs calculated?
ALGA shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination zone of the product ordered. For more information, contact our

What kind of packing materials does ALGA use?
Standard packaging is included in the price. Should the client require specific packaging, it will be charged accordingly.

When will I receive my order?
For a piece in-stock, delivery time is several days depending on destination.
All other is made to order and requires a lead time of 6 weeks for products of both collections.

What is the difference between “order date” and “ship date”?
Order date means the day that you have placed your order. Ship date corresponds to the day that your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is dispatched?
Once the order has been dispatched you can contact the transportation company for that. You will be given all the contact details,
therefore in case you would like to change your shipping address you can contact them.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Usually we ship all pieces of the same order together. However, if you prefer we can ship them as soon as they are produced.
